Matthew E. Spotnitz, MD, MPH, is a radiologist and general surgeon who serves as post-doctoral research fellow at Columbia University Irving Medical Center in New York City, New York. He joined the Department of Biomedical Informatics in June 2018. Matthew E. Spotnitz, MD, MPH, attended Columbia University Vagelos College of Physicians and Surgeons in New York City, NY, and received his medical degree in 2010. Then, he served his internship at New York Medical College. Furthermore, he conducted his radiology residency at Penn State Health Milton S. Hershey Medical Center in Hershey, PA. Moreover, Dr. Spotnitz then went to complete his Master of Public Health degree from Harvard T.H. Chan School of Public Health MPH in Boston, MA. In addition, he further performed his general surgery residency at Albert Einstein College of Medicine/Montefiore Medical Center in Bronx, NY.
